Coshé Coffee ("co-shay") is a craft-first coffee bar where every drink is made by hand

Cappuccinos, chai, and hot chocolate built from ingredients hand-selected from Italy and other premium sources, pulled on an AMG-tuned espresso machine, and served alongside fresh sparkling water carbonated in-house on an Aarke. But the craft is only half the point. Coshe is a place to stay: lay back and relax, chill with friends, or open the laptop and get your work done — good seats, good light, and nobody rushing you out. Order, settle in, and let the room work while you do. Behind the bar, a master barista since 2009 on the machine dials in every cup by hand, so whether someone's here for five minutes or five hours, the drink is the real thing. No cap. Chino up.

Chai One is comfort, boiled to order.

Think London Fog — but instead of a quick steep under steamed milk, we do it the old way: a bold, expertly sourced black tea brewed hard in 100% milk — no water, ever — rolled up to a boil until it turns deep, creamy, and full-bodied. It's a strong brew with a rich, robust taste and an invigorating aroma — tea that stands up to the milk instead of hiding behind it — with no sugar added, because none is needed: the milk turns naturally sweet as it boils. And the tea never leaves the cup: the bag stays in, still steeping for as long as you drink it, so every sip lands a shade bolder than the last. No syrups, no shortcuts. Just tea, milk, heat, and patience. Morning, afternoon, or whenever the day needs a warm reset, this is the pick-me-up. One pot. One boil. Chai One.

This is the hot chocolate that ruined all others for me. It is velvety and has a consistency like smooth ganache. It uses premium Lindt chocolate, rich enough to enjoy without any cloying sweetness like you get from powdered mixes. Absolute perfection.

Hot Chocolate — two Swiss truffles, one dark, one extra dark, melted whole into 100% milk. No powder. Ever.

"No powder" is the flex here — nearly every café hot chocolate in America is powder or syrup stirred into steamed milk, so melted whole truffles instantly reads premium. And the truffle detail is technically doing work too: those molten centers are loaded with cocoa butter, which is exactly what makes the final cup silkier than melted chocolate bar ever gets. "Two truffles. One cup." also keeps your "One" motif running across the menu alongside Chai One.
